Jraser, submitted a statement of' receipts and expenditure of "itlie fete, cliowmg a credit balance of £3766 3s " rrn an was unanimously adopted The sub-committoe appointed to report on the distribution of the funds recommended that they should be apportioned as follows: —-Public Safetv Committee £6OO, Patriotic War Relief Society £I2OO, Red Cross Society £1 POO, Lady Liverpool Fund £2OO, Pipe and Tobacco Fund £IOO, £3-300;' Belgiar Relief (already paid) £350; total £3650. The sub-committee stated that tin's distribution would lea-re a balance in hand, and after paying, a few small accounts the balance would be equally divided between the Red Cross aud the War Relief Society. , Tile report was unanimously adonted mid the secretary instructed to divide the amounts accordingly.
