WHY WE NEED WATER.
We need water for the simple reason that it helps the body to get rid of poisonous rubbish. Nobody can live without washing the inside of the body. This is why we pass through our mouths int-o our bodies a stream ofl, water or other liquid, which soon filters into the blood, and is then carried to every part of the bodv. Wherever it goes, it finds poisonous rubbish which melts and is carried away.
