' GERMAN DESIGNS IN MEXTCO. • BIG ARMY FORMED. " (Renter's Telegrams.) Received 5.20 p.m., March} 27th. NEW YORK, March 26. Reports from Galveston state that an army of 150,000, entirely German, ■ is being formed in Mexico to seize the Mexican Government, to confiscate American and British property and make war on the United Spates. Agosrfs .for the movement revealed ■ the plans to a German at Galveston whom they sought to enlist. He explained that the organisation is already assured and that arrangements have been made to join with the strongest Mexican faction. Whether this means Oarrauza, Villa, or Diaz is unexplained. It is estimated that a thousand Germans are crossing daily into Mexico..
