TROUBLE IN REICHSTAG. A PLEA FOR, REVOLUTION. Received 11.15 p.m., March 25th. AMSTERDAM, March 24. There was a hitter debate in the Reichstag on the food question. Herr Kunert denounced the Kaiser and Dr Holhveg as originators of the war, and declared that he would be delighted if the same progress, was made in Germany as had lately been made in Russia. Herr Koch complained of the terrible underfeeding of the population. Herr Dittman declared that the Government was well aware that workmen were collapsing from hunger.
