HUN PRACTICES IN BULGARIA. BUCHAREST, Sept. 30. Tho "Epoca" states that tho Germans havo established a reign of terror in Bulgaria. Citizens aro eourtmartialled on tho flimsiest pretests, and there have been numerous executions.

General Falkenhayn commands the Austro-Germans in the Hermannstadt district; General Hindenburg is now in tho Dobrudja, conferring with General Mackensen. ENEMY'S AIR WAR. Zeppelin and aeroplane attacks on Bucharest continue daily. A. number of boy scouts liave been killed,, and a Hungarian church was partly destroyed. ' ; NEWS FROM THE DOBRUDJA. The Russo-Roumanian' pressure in the Dobrudja is unrelaxed, and tho enemy's losses are serious. .The whole of one Roumanian battery of artillery is mentioned in Orders of tho Day.
