Tho "Waimato Borough Councillors, after tholv business meeting on Tuesday night, formed tJnnsolvcs into a. committee to arrange a fitting sendoff to Dr. Hayes. They resolved that this should take the form of a publ c dinner, in Symon's Tea Rooms tomorrow evening, and Messvs Inkstor and Lew's wore appointed a siub-eom-mittoo to make all necessary arrangements, and invite iepresrnt.iti vos of tho various organisations with which Dr. Hayes had been associated to take part in the farewell.
