The Evangelical Free Church Conference decided that in any federation of the Freo Churches communicants should be oligiblo for admission to communion in any of the federated churches; that tho Federal Council should consist of members appointed by the assemblies and superior Courts of the federated Churches; the Council should have general advisory powers ■anc! such, executive and administrative powers as the federating Churches may confer. The conference will reassemble liext spring to receive reports from various committees.
