WANGANUI, March 4. : The committee of the Wanganui Jockey Club allocated to whole of the net profit on tlte recent race meeting, amounting to £1043, to patriotic purposes as under:—£soo to the Y.M.C.A. War Fund; £IOO to furnishing the local He-turned Soldiers' Club; £IOO to the Salvation Army War Fund; £343 to tho British R-ed Cross. j.
