AUSTRIA.
NEARLY KNOCKED OUT. VIENNA DOLEFUL. LONDON, Nov. 15. Vienna has been strongly entrenched and surrounded by high-tension electric wires. The city is filled with refugees; food is very dear and supplies are dwindling. There is strong feeling against Germany, and it is predicted that the Viennese will seek terms if peace the moment the sound of Russian guns is heard.
