To tlie Editor of the "Timaru Herald." Sir, —Can you tell me the reason why the residents of Morgan's Road are so heavily handicapped in the matter of the bus fares? From Avenue Road to- Highfield the fare is one penny; from Highfield to Morgan's Road, the distance is not quite so far, and the fare is threepence.
