Albert Cain was charged with using threatening behaviour in a public jilace. Defendant failed to appear. Constable Thomson stated that on October 2 he saw defendant with his coat off engaged in a street -fight at the corner of Sophia and Church streets. The Magistrate imposed a fine of 10.5 and costs.
