DRIVING WOUNDED. OUT OF THE HOSPITAL. PARIS, Sept. 15. A medical officer relates that a party of Uhlans forced an entry into a military hospital at Arras and took prisoners all the wounded there. They were forced to walk to the station, but most of them collapsed and were left where they fell. Two reached the station and remained on the platform for forty hours before they were released. The Germans returned to the hospital and made prisoners of all the medical men who were forced to attend to the German wounded. LONDON, Sept. 15. Viscount Selborne suggests that trained lawyers or judges of neutral nations. like the Netherlands or the United States, should conduct a sworn ifiquiry into such alleged cases of common outrages on women as are already open to investigation.
