French Dragoons are returning to Paris to re-horse, and take trains to the front. With the help of fresh horses they capture whole sections of Germans, whom they find helpless for want of sleep. l Even sentries fall asleep, and all able to do so creep into barns. BOMBS IN ANTWERP. Dr Seaman of New York, who ha-? returned from Antwerp, says that a Zeppelin dropped five Combs on August 25th above tho Royal Palace. They were undoubtedly intended to destroy tlio sleeping Royal family. One cut a man in halves and injured a second. Another bomb passed through a house where several people woro sleeping into the cellar, and the inmates were dug out of the debris, only scratched. A CAYALRY CLASH. Received 925 p.m., Si-pi. lGtli. OSTEND, Sept. 15. A thousand French cavalry .surprised three thousand German cavalry encamped at Rotisbnigge, and routed them aiii-r two hours' fighting. They took no I'risonei-s but captmed many machine guns, ammunition and supply w.ejgon-j. The French lost tl'irtv.
