SOME MEMBERS RESCUED. OTTAWA, Sept. 15. An American revenue cutter rescued eight members of Stefansson's Arctic expedition, who were marooned on Wrangel Island. It is feared that four others have been lost, including Mr James Murray and Dr Maekay, who were to b© members of Sir Ernest Shackleton's expedition. Stefanssoti and three of the crew are safe, and are drifting towards King William Land.
