Ryan tlso Eveleigh hold-up convict, attempted to commit suicido in his cell by catting arteries in his wrist and anklo with a piece- of tin which he had hidden in Lb clothing. Ho is now in hospital in a weak condition. DROrGHT IN THE STATES. He consented to continue tßt a new Administration is formed. Mr.Fisher and Mr Hiiphcs havo loft for Melbourne to undertake the form ration of a new Ministry.
