LONDON, July 12, The "News of the World" states that the Duke of Bedford received £2,500,000 for the Covent Garden estate. Mr Mallahy Dealey's profit was £IBO,OOO and Mr Beecham's £70,000. The latter sold the property to Mr Ormorod for £2,750,000.
