MINIATURE RIFLES.
COUNTTS-Y CLUBS. Waslidyke. The opening trophy match of the Wash dyke Club was held on Tuesday night. Out of a roll number of 89 there were 32 on. the range. Two trophies \vere fired for, Air D. Anderson's being won by W. G. Collins (7) 70. For Me.vsrs Morton and Pearson's trophy, R. Williams (4) 6S and C. Evans (6) 6S tied. The shoot off will tako piano on Friday -evening. The next highest scorers were: —E. Rogers (4) 67, P. Alunro (4.) 65, \Y. Wood (3) 61. AY. Cooper (4) <>l. This club is now firmly established, and everything points to a very successful and enjoyable season. Quite a number of valuable trophies have been presented, inc'uding a challenge trophy given by the ladies. Mr Craigia's trophy is being given for a five nights' aggregate. Tenu.ka Territorials. The Temuka Territorials fired on Tuesday evening for a trophy presented by Air T. Tr-esize, senr., -which was won in tho shoot cii by J. K. Moore. Inter-Club Alatch. The Temuka Territorials fired a match, against the' St. Reter's Club on I uesday evening. The. match -was , won by the latter by two points.
