The Programme Committee submitted the programme drawn up for the New Year and after a few minor" alterations it was adopted. The schools' relay race was deleted, and a schoolboys' championship inserted in its place, the conditions of the race to drawn up by the Schools' Sports Association. It was decided that each sports clhib be written to asking them to appoint two delegates to attend a meeting (date to be arranged), to discuss the question of borough rates On sports ground. Messrs Hamlyn and Pearson were elected to fill two vacancies in the directorate, and Mr T. Turnbull was elected to the Ground Committee. The following new members wero elected: —Messrs A. Malone, R. S. White, Thos. Craigie, D. Grant, .P.Downey. L. Eaton, 'G. Scotten, • H. Fleck/*H. W. Cox, F. S. Cave, G. P. | "Wood and W. Young.
