Commissioner Cullen, of the Police Force, paissed through Timaru by the second express for the north yesterday. Sir Joseph Ward told a "Herald" reporter yesterday that he had benefited considerably from a health point of view as a result of Iris visit Home. For some time before leaving the Dominion he had suffered from an affection of the teeth and gums, but as a result of a visit to a specialist at Home—a man who has the largest professional income in England— he had been completely cured. Curiously enough, the cure to the teeth and gums had been effected through injec- ■ tions in bis arm, and since this his general health had improved until it was now all that he could desire.
