So far, 27,798 bales have bean catalogued, and 26,351 sold. NAPIER SALES. "SATISFACTORY TO GROWERS." Press Association. NAPIER, Dec. 2. The Napier wool sales were held today, when 13,809 bales were offered, as against 12,936 at the corresponding sale last year. There was a record attend-, ance of buyers from nil parts. Competition was keen, and practically nil offerings were sold, at prices extremely satisfactory to growers. The prices show a marked increase on last year's rates. The highest price for best hnlfbred was 14d. There was a strong demand for all crossbreds, which showed a substantial advance.
