Tho railway-men have resolved to strike if they are asked to deal with transit goods handled by blacklegs. A sectional meting of strikers at Hull resolved to resume if the employers, besides their recent offer, augmented all dockers', wages and met tho representatives of all sections to discuss, the settlement of their grievances. Mr G. R. Askwit-h has been invited to re-open the conference.
