Won by half a length, and twenty lengths betwoen second and third. The only other horßO to finish was Wanstead. Rosegrove fell at the last jump. , STEWARDS' HANDICAP, of 125 sov.?; 1 mile —Amato 1, Gold Circle 2, Ariom 3. Also started—Sir Frisco, Dreadloss, Projectile, Eclogue, Cork, Separator. Eclogue fell. A punishing finish, necks separating the placed horses. NAPIER STEEPLECHASE, of 225 aovs; 3 miles.—Wiuiata 1, Lull 2, To Arai 3. Also started Eldorado. Mount Cook, Xavior, Lingerer. Mount Cook ran off, Xavier and Eldorado fell. Won by a neck, Te Arai a long way back. Lingerer was the only other horse to finish. Time, 7min 10 1-fiseo. LADIES' BRACELET, of 70 sovs; U miles.—To; Whetu 1, Peary 2, Onslow Park 8. Also rnn—Merrie Lad, Bas Bleu, Longboat. Won by a head; Time, 2min 2i3- 4-ssoc.' AHTJRXRI HURDLES, of 120 sovs; 15 miles—Windage 1, Te Ru 2, Golden Water 3. Also ran—Loolantor, Mallet, ond Merr.'e- Lawn. Mallet lost his rider. Won by a length and a half; a bad third. SETTLERS'- HACK HANDICAP, of 80 sovs; 0 furlongs Perceler 1, Fuss 2, Ortygia 3., Twenty ran. Won on the post by a noso; a good third.
