THE NOONDAY CEREMONY. A meeting of the. It lias been arranged to have 2500 Coronation bonfires in Britain. Tbo Temuka Borough Council have Riven permission to Mr Vuxton, the Mayor, to .construct .1 Coronation memorial swimming bath in the Park, and placed on record its appreciation of the Mayor's generosity. The Council also voted £25 to the Coronation Committee, and a second £25 for some permanent work. . THE • TERRITORIALS. Lieutenant AndVews has received advice from headquarters, suggesting that all corps should co-operate with the civil authorities in ■connection, with the Coronation- celebrations, ag tl>e limited'strength .of the Forces, so far would make an individual display impossible. ■ ■ 1'
