According to n Y>'ellinjjtou paper, private advices state that tlio Blackball Coal Company have alrfadv uot the building of a new collier in hand. The I'ctono and the Wanuka were arrivals in port yesterday, and were to sail in the evening, the IVtone for Dunedin, and the Wanaka, for L}ttotton.
The Aorangi arrived at Wellington yesterday from San Francisco, whirii port she left on January lltli. She had a fine weather passage. The wireless installation worked satisfactorily until the steamer was a few days out, when, owinjr to fusing: of the wires, messages could only be received.
