IMPERIAL POLITICS

HOME RULE. Press Association —By Tel Copyright. LONDON, Jan. 29. Mr Bouar Law, speaking at Manchester, said tho'House of Lords would not pass the Parliament Bill until it was swamped by the creation of new Peers. If so, Home Rule would be tho rock on which the Liberal Partywould split. It was impossible to carry such a measure by fraud. Were the attempt to be made, the Irish loyalists would be right to resist by all means, including force, and the majority of the British people would support them.
