The Kaituna lert tor Oamaru on Saturday evening. She will return to this pert en Wednesday next to complete the discharge of her coal cargo and w.ll sail the same evening for Lyttelton. The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Kaipara is expected icro during the coming month, to load for Loudon. The Petone is due here on Wednesday next from the north to land general cargo, including a quantity of timber. She leaves for Dunedin" the 6ame evening. The Union Company's cargo steamer Karori which usually is employed m the Tusmanian services, arrived off the port from Newcastle via Lyttelton, early yesterday morning, and "was piloted to a berth at No. 2 wharf, bv Captain Tait. The vessel lands a quantity of Newcastle coals, and returns to Lyttelton to-morrow. The Ennerdale completed the discharge of her part cargo of coal and timb:r en Saturday evening, and left for Wellington. Mr A. R. Pryde, formerly of the Hauroto, has joined the ATokoia as chief officer The Storm arrived from Port Chalmers early yesterday morning. She loads produce for Wellington and Wan-g.-imii, sailing this evening via Lyttelton. I>> Newcastle via Daaed'n .-nd Oamaru the Union Company's collier Kaiapoi arrived here early "yesterday morning. She lands Newcastle coal and will probably get away to-morrow for Nelson. The Federal Honlder Shire Company's fine steamer Nairnshire arrived here from Wellington yesterday morning. She loads a large quantity of frozen meat and grain, asd will probably get away late this evening for Lyttelton, her final port. The Government steamer Hinemoa arrived from Akaroa onriy on Saturday morning.
