VISITED BY THE GOVERNOR. Per Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 14.' His Excellency the Governor and Lady Islington and suite visited the Terra Nova at port this morning. They were met by Captain Scott, Lieut. Evans, and Mr C. H. Meares, and the party proceeded by launch to Quail Island. After inspecting the ponies and dogs, they returned to port, and their Excellencies and suite lunched on board the Terra Nova with the officers of the ship. The Terra Nova is looking neat and trim after her overhaul. She was floated out of dry-dock this "morning, and will start reloading, and will take m 100 tong of coal from one of the hulks.
