<*3s*» ARRIVAL AT WELLINGTON. i Per Press Association. WELLINGTON. Aug. 25. Lady Islington, wife of the Governor, and her yc.uug daughter, the Hon. . Joan Diokson-Poynder, received a. hearty welcome on arriving at Queen's Wharf liy the Tnrakina this morning. His Excellency went on board when the steamer arrived, and accompanied Lady Islington and his daughter, hnth of whom were in mourning. 'WHien they landed at 9 o'clock the Permanent Artillery and the hoys from the training ship Amokura formed a guard of honour, and carriages c ntaining members of the Vieo-T?<>i.;al party passed rows of school '_-';•!*.
