A flock of which more is likely to be hoard in the near future is that owned by Mr .John A. Maofarlaue, of lien Lomond Estate, Hawked Bay.. N.'l. We are advised that recently Mr Maetarlane effected an important purchase of stud sheep from Mr Ernest Short, of Parorangi, Feilding, the noted Kjmney breeder, Die iot comprised one four-tooth ram and one six-tooth ram of the famous ''Record'' strain.
