Sir Jolui Ividd gave details of Australia's old age pension system. Mr W. Herbert Phillips (Adelaide) commented on the effect of the growth of music halls in Australia. He said it was always difficult to collect rents from the working cottagers after race meetings.
Mr David Mitchell gave an address upon the foundation of the New South Wales savings bank.
