THE EXECUTED AMERICANS. ALLEGED PERSONAL ENMITY. IVess Association-By Telegraph-Copyrght Received 9.20 p.m., Nov. 22nd. NEW YORK, Nov. 22. Washington is dissatisfied with Nicaragua's explanations. The American Vice-Consul at Managua declares that the execution of the two Americans was due to Zelaya's personal enmity to one of the executed men. TJio State Department at Washington holds that the men were engaged in a legitimate act of warfare. The cruiser Tacoma has been ordered from Cuba to Iristobal, where, she will hi; available if neeessady to transport marines from the canal zone. The gunboat Marietta lias been sent to Port Lemon.
