PERSONAL ITEMS.

Yesterday says a Napier Press Association message, Archbishop Redwood conducted an ordination, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. The priests ordained were Rev. J. A. Eeeleton. Rev. A. Burger, Rev. M. Murphy, Rev. A. Yenning, and Rev. L. Dignan. Six others received minor orders, namely Messrs Joseph Herring, Thomas Segrief, Charles Casey, John Monaglum. Joseph Cullen and James Fraher. The Rev. Mr Yenning is a Timaru boy. He received his early education at the Marist Brothers' School, where he won a scholarship and proceeded to St. Patrick's College, Wellington. His parents are old and highly respected residents of Tiinuru.
