FRATERNAL GREETINGS.
SYNOD AND ASSEMBLY. Per pi •ess Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 25. At the Diocesan Synod to-niglit Bishop Julius moved as follows: —"That the Synod of the Diocese of Christchurch now in session desires to convery fraternal greetings io tho Presbyterian General" Assembly upon its meeting in Christckurcli; the Synod recognises tho important work tliat the Presbyterian Church is doing in New Zealand and prays that tho blessing of Almighty God may rest on its present deliberations." The motion was agreed to unanimously.
