Tho w.'ieat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom amount to 1,500,000 quarters, and for the Continent to 1,-14 5,000 quarters. The Atlantic shipments for the week total 1,300,000 quarters, not including any from the Ai'Tcntine and IVntruay. Silver, Is II 1-lGd per <>/.. Messrs Dalgety and Co. report under date London, Sent. 13th, as follows: "The list of arrivals for the fifth series of wool sales, which open on the 21st inst., is closed. The total new arrivals have amounted to 125,500 bales, of which 47,000 hales have been forwarded direct to manufacturers at Home and abroad, leaving (with 15,000 bales carried forward from last series) 93,500 bales available lor the sale."
