Farmers of this trict that there is to be a rise in the price of BINDER TWINE for next season, we wish to notify our Shareholders and the Public generally that we have secured full supplies of ANDREWS AND MADDREN'S TWINE, And' will protect our clients against any attempt to increase the price beyond the present quotations, which will be the same as last season. IN connection with the above, Messrs C. JONAS AND CO. wish it to be known that they are REMOVING iu the course of a few weeks to the Front Portion of their Auction Rooms, at present occupied by the Canterbury Farmers' Co-operative Association. The whole of these Commodious and wellknown Rooms will then be at the service of Clients, and a SPECIAL DISPLAY will mark our removal. "We wish to Thank our numerous Customers for the courtesy and good feeling they have shown to us in keeping in touch and giving their business to us, while we on our part admit it has not been a very brilliant entrance. However, we shall .make ample return to all when-we are again settled. , ALTERATION OF SALE TIME. At the request of our numerous Cus- [ toniers, we have decided from this date to COMMENCE OCR SALES of Poultry, Pigs, Produce, etc.. at 1 p.m. KINDIA' NOTE the change from the old hour to 1 p.m. This will, we have no doubt, meet with everyone's satisfaction. ~ ! RAT EXTERMINATION. There has been such an unlimited demand upon our marvellous RAT AND MICE EXERMINATOR that the Stock has run out, and we have been unable to supply our Customers. This will, however, be soon again upon the market, and next week we shall have a further supply. The only Agents in South Canterbury besides ourselves are the CANTERBURY FARMERS' COOPERATIVE. FRUIT. We beg to advise the numerous Fruiterers and Public generally .that we have completed arrangements' for the supply of all LOCAL AND IMPORTED FRUITS, at rates-equivalent to what can be purchased in Christehnrch or Dunedin.
