PROTESTS IN ENGLAND. Press Assooiation-By Telegraph-Copyright LONDON, July 12. Mr llamsay Macdonald, M.P., led a combined demonstration of the Labour party and' Free Churches of Leicester against the Czar's visit. He said that Englishmen would not grasp a hand foul with the blood of those it ought to protect.
Mr Keir Hardio, speaking at Wolverhampton, challenged the Ooverntncilt to drive the Czar throifgh London streets. .
Tn over a hundred Nonconformist pulpits on Sunday, protests were uttered airainst 'the visit and special prayers were offered for the victims of Russian tyranny.
