Loan of £OOOO for formation' and improvement of certain 'Borough streets, particulars whereof may be seen at the Council's Office during Office hours. loan to be secured by a special rite of one penny in the pound sterling. 4. Loan of £IB,OOO Tor the purpose of increasing the storage ca purity of the Borough Waterworks, constructing another tr-unk main from the present reservoir and the proposed reservoir and other works for improving the said Waterworks in accordance with Mr Dobson's plans and report, which may be inspected at the Council's Office during Office hours, and for extending service mains in the Borough and Suburbs.
