In a case against two Italian ico cream sellers, the ■.Government' Analyst gave evidence that the samples of ico cream contained 18 million'microbe organisms to the cubic centimetre. Some of the organisms would cause peritonitis.' A guinea pig inoculated therewith died in Jo minutes. ;
