Dunn filled the position of referee and starter, Mr AV. Jordan, the interclub handicapper also judged the diving events; whilst the: racing' judges were :Messrs C. Granger, and A. Price. The cheek-starter Was: Mr M. Mahony,, timekeeper, Mr J. O'Leary, and Messrs F. G. Fantham, J. H. Wallace,. A. R. Hawke, C. G. Snow, and G. F. .Timewell acted :as marksmen. The local consul, Mr A. G. .Sanderson also filled, the onerous ■ positions of. secretary, and treasurer in: a satisfactory manlier. The l following are'the results:—?

"Broadhead (sft. 10in.) 2. This event was what is sometimes termed a natatorial high jump and the two placed men gave excellent exhibitions. . Another-novelty event was; set down on the programme hut the' lateness of the hour precluded its being decided.
