The " Times' " Vienna correspondent reports that Austria's standpoint requires Servia to explicitly recognise the non-existence of her right to make claims in connection "with annexations; Servia must humbly beg some'economic favours, the granting of which will not be* an international affair. Other sources indicate that Austria is determined to deal with Servia direct in order to present a fait accompli to the conference.
