At the Supreme Court to-day Francis - Baroah, seventeen years of age came up for sentence on a charge of having forged a school certificate, alleging that he had passed the fifth and sixth stand' ards, 'with a'view to getting employment on the Goyernment railways. In view of accused's. good character, he was' admitted to probation and ordered to pay the costs of the 'prosecution. Terence Murphy, aged seventeen years, whose lapse was attributed to reading trashy literature, was also charged * with 'breaking and entering. He was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon.
