(■2) "That this Resolution be confirmed as a special order at a special meeting of the said Council, to be held at the Council Chambers at 7.30 p.m. on TUESDAY, the 16th day of March, 1909, and that the Town Clerk give the necessary public Gazette and other notices and take all other steps required by law."
