A meeting yesterday of delegates from the combined Unions and Mine, j Managers' Association declined to go back j on the promise to meat the non-political j union to-morrow. Th? managers explained that thi l meeting would only discuss the situation.' The. delegates, however. refuse, to budge from their position not to allow the managers, under the threat of a. strike, io meet the non-political union.
