Pnckett) to ho]d them "until a guard fiom the auxiliary - Yankton (which is still in AiickknoT) can • come ashore- to fake them on board .The i men will then be taken to Sydney to be placed on flleir vessels - During the week about 12 desertions , have been reported to the Consul General, but several of the men may 1 have returned to their ships as cases were reported daily.
