NEW ARRIVALS.

IVr l'rehs Association. WELLINGTON,' July 15. The Arawa which arrived in Wellington to-day brought out a large contingent of third-class passengers who intend settling down in New Zealand. The total in this class was 270 persons, and of these 104 have been granted assisted passages. They come from, all parts of the United Kingdom. Included in the list are. nearly 30 domestic servants, bringing declared capital ranging from £2 to £lO each; of these 25 landed with a declared capital of £2 each; the others wcro made up of capitalists with £5 of whom there were three with £lO and others with £1 each. There was one baker, one silversmith and two carpenters, all going to work already found for them; also two joiners, a grocer and a dressmaker.
