lIUMARU CITY RIFLES

The members of the above company fired n match last evening at 6CO yards for trophies presented by Messrs H. G. Webb, W. Ferrier and T.' Kingston. A company's team match has bem added to the South .Canterbury Rifle Association's programme for 16th December, for team of 5 men; aggregate scores at 200 500 and 600 yards of matches Nos. 1 and 3 to. count. Entrance fee 5s per team. First prize £5 given by Mr R. H. Rhodes, of St. Andrews, second prize 60 per cent, and third prize 40 per cent, (if sufficient entries) of entrance fees. Names-of teams with fees to be in with other entries on Wednesday, December ,11th. Any .company, may eniter two or more teams-; secretary to'be notified of any alteration in team before any member of the team fires a shot.
