Jusbices Buckley and Kennedy 'have granted Waldem's appeal again-L the. decision permitting Caldwell's evidence in the comjing civil action to be taken on commission. The Court held that he was a crucial witness, -and it was essential that his story should be tested bsfow a jury. '■' The Dr Shaw mentioned yesterday gave evidence in the will su# brought by Mrs Druce against the executors of T. C. Druee in 1901.
