Ltd., report on" the horse market at TatterealFs yards on Saturday as follows: There was only a small yarding of draught horces, but the competition for young sound stock was exceedingly good, prices showing a decided improvement on lata values. Quotations are as follows: —Draughts, young, with trials. £3O, £52 to £36; ditto, light and aged. £lO, £ls to £18; light harness sorts, £lO, £l2 to £l4. LAND SALES.

On Saturday the Canterbury Farmers' Co-operative Association offered the undermentioned properties:—Account Mr JNeville, jun., 8 acres, lease in perpetuity, Orokipaoa settlement,- Milford, with a two-roomed house; sold at £lO5 to' Mr John Taylor. Four building sections, situate in Otipua road, the property of Mr Samuel Trevurza were withdrawn, a bid of £llO for one section containing 1 rood 25 perches* being the only offer made.
