The registry otfice proprietors-«te loud in their condemnation of the new scale, and they allege that the Government are endeavouring to divert all the business to the State labour bureau. They also say that the employers will nob pay the increased fee, but will do their own advertising. The Department of Labour have a notice in this issue of interest to servantn and persons, keeping servants' registry offices.
