LOXDO*, July 11 , -The King and Queen, and the Princess Victoria, weio enthusiastically welcomed at Dublin, and visited tlio Exhibition. His Majesty the King, in responding to the address of welcome, rejoiced thai tha Exhibition had -proved successful in promoting the commercial and industrial prosperity of Ireland. After a long inspection, especially of the Irish industries section, the Royalties drove through the principal strsets of Dublin, which wera conspicuously decorated, amid a continuous roar of cheering, and flutter: of handkerchiefs. There was not a note of dissent. Tlieir Majesties were- greatly pleased, and later on attended a garden party at ills vice-rega! lodge. Tlie King and Qtie n spent some time in the Xew Zealand Court, and conversed with Mr Reeves. They were much inte rested in the photograph of ml daer when informed that the Prince Consort had pre sented the earliest specimens of red deer to Xew Zealand. Th-dr Majesties also inspected the cold storage exhibits. Por Press Association. ' WELLIXGTOX, July 11. The following cable message was re ceived to-day by the Premic-r from fluHigh Commissioner: " During their visit to the International Exhibition at Dublin to-d'ay (July 10th), their Majesties the King and Queen visited th-.. Xew Zealand Court, where they were received by Mr Rseves, the High Commis--.-ioner, and staff. Their 'Majesties were pleased to walk round the court and examine tha exhibits, showing much "interest and asking qu-EStions concerning ' thc-nv The King referred to the extent and importance of the Xew Zealand frozen meat trade, and also drew tlio Queen's attention to a photograph of five d'e-er heads. The King complimented the High Commissioner upon the good display made by Xew Zealand. Tha High Commissioner presented a bouquet to the Queen on behalf of the c-olonv.
